The exercise library on this website
The exercise pages on setgrip.app are the same 1,151 exercises that ship in the app: each page has the animated demonstration, muscles worked, step-by-step form, sets-and-reps guidance, common mistakes and alternatives. The animations are licensed ExerciseDB content.
Privacy
Workout data is stored on the device and mirrored into your private iCloud database, which Apple encrypts. The full list of what does and does not leave the phone is on the no-account page; the website uses optional analytics only after consent, see the privacy policy.
