1. Open SetGrip and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Data, then Export Workout Data.
  3. Choose CSV Spreadsheet (one row per set, opens in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets) or JSON Backup (every field, machine-readable).
  4. Pick a destination in the share sheet: Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, Mail or any app.

Files are named SetGrip-Workouts-YYYY-MM-DD.csv and SetGrip-Backup-YYYY-MM-DD.json. The export includes every finished workout with its exercises, sets, weights, reps, durations, distances and personal-record flags. Weights use the unit you have chosen in Settings.

Export covers finished workouts. Routines, an in-progress workout and app settings are not part of the file, and SetGrip cannot import a file back yet, so treat the export as a copy of your history rather than a full backup. Your live backup is your private iCloud.

Column-by-column details are on the export page.
