• Set types: Normal, Warm Up, Drop and Failure. Warm-up sets are excluded from volume statistics.
  • Targets: weight and reps, bodyweight reps, time or distance per exercise, with rep ranges and notes.
  • Supersets: group two or more exercises and log them in sequence.
  • Editing mid-workout: replace an exercise, change its order or input type, create a superset or remove an exercise while the workout is running, without stopping it.
  • Rest timer: a separate rest time per exercise (default 120 seconds), adjustable mid-workout, with a chime, haptics and an optional notification when the app is in the background. The timer also runs on Apple Watch and in the Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
  • Personal records: heaviest weight, most reps at a weight, most reps, estimated one-rep max, longest duration, farthest distance, best set volume and best session volume, with a celebration when you beat one.
  • Estimated 1RM: Brzycki formula up to 5 reps, Epley for 6 to 10 reps. No estimate above 10 reps, because the formulas stop being reliable there.
  • Units: kg or lb, km or mi, changeable at any time without touching logged data.
